Love Your Bones Day Retreat

On Saturday the 17th of February 2018 join Happy & Wild on the 3rd chapter of their urban day retreats in London for a day of connection, deeper understanding and self love.

Self love has never been more important in this hectic world we live in. As busy people it's too often that we leave loving ourselves at the bottom of our priority list…so it's time to reclaim the love. Following on from Valentine's Day, whether you love it or hate it - come and move your bones, nourish your body and nurture your most important relationship.

Kim from Happy Heads will begin the day with a meditation workshop, teaching you simple mindful tools and techniques that enable you to look deep into your internal world - empowering you to live a happier, calmer and stress free life.

Deanne of Wild Thing Yoga will lead a heart opening vinyasa flow, encouraging you to breathe deep into the juicy spots, get creative, playful and challenge yourself to go a little deeper to feel all of the feels.
(All set to an epic uplifting playlist to ensure vibes are secured).

Our friends at Canababes Food Co Ltd. are creating a tasty plant based lunch with fresh juices and tea to soothe and naturally energise the mind and body.

After lunch there’ll be a nourishing self love workshop using Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as tapping) showing you how to re-connect with your true self. Finishing the day with a restorative yoga flow and deeply relaxing yoga nidra with meditation to ensure each contented soul will leave filled with happiness and love.

The day will be hosted in the beautiful spaces at Kreativ House in Hackney Central.
