Happy & Wild Brunch

Last weekend Happy & Wild brought a wonderful group to the house for a wellness brunch to begin the New Year in the most refreshing, inspiring and cleansing way possible. Kim from Happy Heads led a guided visualisation meditation, followed by vinyasa flow yoga with Wild Thing Yoga and and delicious brunch by Oat Kitchen. Spirits were well and truly lifted as their guests floated out of the house with big smiles on their faces.

The wellness duo are back in the house next month to host their next urban day retreat; Love Your Bones with us on Saturday 17th February - a day of self love to fill you right up to the very top.

Wild Thing Yoga also hosts regular yoga sessions at Kreativ House so keep your eyes peeled for more events on Facebook.
