Last week we hosted Sophie Everards launch of her 2018 Mad To Live Retreats #MadToRave, a showcase of all that is Mad To Live and a fundraiser at Kreativ House in the heart of East London, Hackney. With a film screening of the mini-short film created with the SURF Experience - Portugal, gallery of all that is MAD TO LIVE, live art by surf artist Harvey Saunders and a well-stocked bar courtesy of Twisted Halo, BrewDog, Craft and Origin and poke bowls by the radical Lords of Poké, the party was L I T and went to the early hours, pumped on by tunes courtesy of Georgie Rogers, Toby St John Millage and Alec Pedaler Briggs.
What a party it was, we raised money for the brilliant Wave Project, a charity I wholeheartedly believe in and think are doing wonderful efforts in empowering the youth through surf.
Check out ALL the action from the event with the photo album and video edit by our friends at Cheekyfire, and stay tuned for the official mini-short film the party-goers got a screening off, landing in January 2018!
